Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be sent back within the 14 business days. If your return is accepted, you will receive store credit ONLY for all returns! 

Sale Barn items and Jewelry are all FINAL SALE, no refunds. no exceptions.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on all returned items. Return shipping costs will be automatically deducted from store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any used or damaged items WILL NOT be accepted and you will not receive a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please include your packing slip from your order and circle the items being returned.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and you will not receive a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale barn items, jewelry, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Since we have fast moving inventory we are unable to ensure the same product will be in stock in different sizing etc. so the easiest way is to return the item you received and make a separate purchase with the new item.

Shipping

FREE SHIPPING on orders $75+

We ship via USPS. You will receive your tracking number via email or text (depending on the information you provide at checkout) with a link that will lead you to the carrier of your package.

We do our best to get orders out in a timely manner, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped. 

 Order Modifications

Promo codes MUST be applied before completing your purchase. Orders will NOT be canceled or modified after purchase, unless to update an address.

If there is an issue with your shipping or billing address, please notify us as soon as possible! We do try to ship orders in a timely manner, so we want to ensure your order gets to the correct destination. 

Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled whatsoever after they ship!

You may return the item(s) in accordance with our return policy

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be issued a store credit for that items amount.  

ALL SALES FINAL ON JEWELRY AND SALE ITEMS NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Promo codes of any kind must be applied DURING checkout. We will not apply discount codes after order has been placed.
